SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

At CDS Security we believe that our success to date is attributable to our company wide after sales care, this has enabled CDS Security to achieve steady organic growth by ensuring our customers continue to employ us.

97% of emergency service calls (out of hours) are responded to within 1 hour and repaired on first visit. We have a true 24-hr call-out facility for all of our systems. Out of hours calls are dealt with by our Alarm Receiving Centre, which is manned 24 hrs a day, 365 days a year, in addition to which direct access is available via Mobile Phones to our technicians, all of which ensures a prompt and efficient service.

NSI GOLD (NACOSS) accreditation requires a maximum response time of 4 hours for an emergency call-out. 97% of our emergency service calls (out of hours) are responded to within 1 hour and repaired on first visit.

Our Service engineers stock, as a matter of course, all readily replaceable equipment to ensure any faults are dealt with on the first visit, therefore ensuring that the customer continues to have a fully functional system without the concern of a reduced level of security.

A full diagnostic check of the systems functions and capability is completed at the maintenance visit; a copy of the Engineer’s report detailing the tests and results is issued to the client. This includes any recommendations for any improvements/amendments that may be required, (e.g. due to stock movement, or structural changes etc.) that may impair the system’s integrity.

All service/maintenance visits are carried out as per our ISO 9001 procedures covering 24-hour call out service, and emergency 4 hour response (out of hours) with a full diagnostic check carried out during a maintenance visit.
