New project win: Pilgrim Place 2 🏗️
We’re proud to announce a new project for CDS Security & Fire at Pilgrim Place 2, Pilgrim Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Works officially commenced on site this month, where our team is delivering the installation of:
✔️ Commercial Fire Alarm Systems
✔️ Disabled Refuge Systems
Building 2 forms part of a landmark Grade A office development. Targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and WiredScore ‘Platinum’, this high-spec scheme reflects the continued regeneration and commercial growth of Newcastle city centre, with completion expected in 2027.

Our role is to ensure fire detection and evacuation support systems are installed to the highest professional standards, supporting safety, regulatory compliance, and long-term operational performance.
