Our NSI (National Security Inspectorate) GOLD Accreditation requires a maximum response time of 4 hours for an emergency call-out. However, 97% of all our emergency service calls (out of hours) are responded to within 1 hour and repaired on first visit.
We have a true 24-hr call-out facility 365 days a year, 7 days per week for all of our systems in the North East (Durham, Newcastle, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Cleveland and North Yorkshire Area).
