Unlike some installers, we are not tied to specific manufacturers, so can service and maintain variety of Open and Close Protocol System types eg Honeywell Gent, Protec, Advanced Electronics, Kentec, Hochiki and Apollo.
As an NSI (National Security Inspectorate) Gold Accredited Company for Intruder Alarms, CCTV Systems, Access Control and Fire Alarm Systems. Our Quality Management System is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and we are listed by Durham, Northumbria, Cleveland and North Yorkshire Police.
We have a true 24-hr call-out facility 365 days a year, 7 days per week for all of our systems in the North East (Durham, Newcastle, Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Cleveland and North Yorkshire Area).
Our NSI (National Security Inspectorate) GOLD Accreditation requires a maximum response time of 4 hours for an emergency call-out. However, 97% of all our emergency service calls (out of hours) are responded to within 1 hour and repaired on first visit.
We are also fully accredited by BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Engineers) and the FIA (Fire Industry Authority).
