Raby Castle
Set in a scenic deer park in Staindrop, Raby Castle, Park and Gardens is home to one of England’s most impressive mediaeval castles. ‘The Rising’ is an ambitious development on the castle grounds. The space features remodelled gardens, heritage buildings, shopping space and a cafe.
What they needed?
Raby Castle needed a reputable team of engineers to install an Intruder Alarm, Fire Alarm and CCTV systems in the new Rising Adventure Playground. They needed a team that could do so effectively while causing minimal disruption to the natural surroundings of the Christmas Tree plantation, ensuring habitats were preserved and ancient trees remained unharmed.
They also needed to install Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Assistance Call Systems in the new Round House purpose-built visitor information building and Vinery Cafe – a repurposed Vine House offering a daily menu.
Finally, they required some help installing Fire Alarms, Intruder Alarms, CCTV and Assistance Call Systems in the new Riding School and Coach House.
How we helped:
Our team helped with the installation of high-quality and effective security and fire systems in each of the development’s buildings. We successfully installed a new intruder alarm, fire alarm, and CCTV surveillance systems in the new Adventure Playground.
Our expert engineers then completed the installation of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and assistance call systems at the newly restored Vinery Cafe and all-new Round House building.
We were then delighted to take on the job of installing fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and assistance call systems in the new Riding School and Grade II* listed Coach House. We completed this successfully.
We worked alongside McNally &Thompson throughout this entire project.
