The South Shields-headquartered retailer John Eliot (Footwear) Ltd operates nine stores for the well-known brand Clarks, a long-established name in footwear retail. As a result, the client is now the largest Clarks Shoes franchisee in the North East.
What they needed?
Under the Clarks branding, John Eliot Footwear Ltd operates footwear shops in various parts of the North East – including Hartlepool, Guisborough, Morpeth, South Shields and Hexham – as well as in the North Yorkshire areas of Selby and Scarborough.
The CDS team recently assisted the John Eliot staff with the Takeover and subsequent servicing and maintenance of intruder alarm systems covering all stores – and agreed to undertake monitoring duties on the client’s behalf in order to keep watch over all nine stores remotely, helping to keep these stores’ workers at ease.
