The Seaburn Inn Hotel is a new £6million development in the Seaburn area, located beside the new Stack Seaburn seafront project. As part of plans to add vibrancy to Sunderland’s seafront, we’re confident the establishment will do exactly that.
What they needed?
As a new build, the Seaburn Inn needed a comprehensive fire alarm system, as well as access control, intercoms, and compliant accessibility features such as toilet alarms, refuge stations, and induction loops.
